I do not except returns or exchanges in my shop. If you have a problem with your order please let me know. Shipping I have no control of. I am not responsible for the shipments after they leave my studio. I ship my designs ontime but have no control how items are handled after they leave or how long it takes expecially in the times we are living in.

All items are shipped USPS and UPS regular mail. If you need it to ship faster we can ship Priority mail at a additional charge. We are not responsible for items that are not reached on time. We can only give the expected date of arrival which is sometimes inaccurate and will not be held responsible.
We are not responsible for lost items in transit. You would have to take that up with the courier.
Also, we are not responsible for you having the wrong address on your account. Please make sure that your correct address is appearing on your order. Once an order is shipped it is not our responsibility for charges do to it being sent to the wrong address. Customer would have to pay shipping again to receive item if it is possible to get retrieve for wrong address.
Of course if it hasn't left our studio yet then it can be changed.
If you receive a package and it is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 2 days of delivery with pictures of the damaged box and damaged product so we can work out a resolution.
Please ask what the shipping costs would be if shipping to Hawaii or Alaska and US Virgin Islands before you order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
